Our first collaboration with HSBC One+ anime TVC brought Bucket Man into a new kind of journey that built not just on action, but on progression.

We refined Bucket Man’s design for motion, while building a city that could shift, expand and carry the story forward. Inspired by Hong Kong’s urban density, the environment became more than a backdrop - it became part of the journey itself.
This project was about alignment at every level (design, movement and space), handled by a team working across disciplines under a tight production window.
